1. Eligibility & Accounts

You must be 18 years of age or older to use iicebrkr.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
You agree to provide accurate, current information and to keep your profile information up to date.
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

2. User Conduct & Rules

You agree not to use the Service to:

Harass, threaten, intimidate, or harm other users.
Impersonate any person or misrepresent your identity.
Upload, post, or share obscene, illegal, misleading, or sensitive content.
Use the Service for unauthorized advertising or commercial purposes.
Attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to our systems.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

2A. User-Generated Content & Safety

iicebrkr maintains a zero-tolerance policy for objectionable content and abusive behavior.

Users may not upload, post, transmit, or share content that is abusive, harassing, hateful, threatening, sexually explicit, violent, illegal, or otherwise objectionable.

Reporting & Blocking

Users may report objectionable content or abusive users directly within the app.
Users may block other users at any time.
Blocking immediately removes the blocked user and their content from the reporting user's feed and prevents further interaction.

Enforcement

All reported content is reviewed by iicebrkr within 24 hours.
We reserve the right to remove content, restrict access, suspend, or permanently terminate accounts that violate these Terms, without prior notice.

Users are solely responsible for the content they create and share through the Service.

3. Content & Ownership

You retain ownership of the content you upload or share through the Service, including photos, messages, and profile information.
By using the Service, you grant iicebrkr a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and store such content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the Service.
We may remove or restrict access to content that violates these Terms or is reported as objectionable, and may take appropriate action against the responsible account.

By using the Service, you consent to the collection, use, and sharing of information as described in the Privacy Policy.

5. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted, secure, or error-free operation of the Service.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, iicebrkr and its affiliates shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if you violate these Terms or misuse the Service.

Upon termination, your account data will be removed or anonymized in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

7. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

You agree that any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Texas.

We may update these Terms from time to time.

We will notify users of material changes via the app or email. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
